Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop
- Address and resolve issues to meet SLA
- Investigate and solve complex problems across platforms
- Create internal and external knowledge base documentation
- Apply AI-driven analytics to support data and trends
Technical Overview
Strong Linux/Unix, shell scripting, APIs, and cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud); familiarity with FedRAMP/NIST and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on support engineer with 2–3 years’ experience, strong Linux/Unix and scripting skills, and solid working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) plus containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
