About this role

Cheniere Energy is seeking a Support Specialist for IT Field Services to provide on-site hardware, software, network, and security support at the Corpus Christi LNG terminal and nearby locations.

Key Responsibilities

Setup and maintain hardware/software
Support server room and network equipment
End-user problem solving and training
Document IT configurations and diagrams
Deploy VOIP phones and mobile devices

Role covers Windows system administration, Active Directory, Cisco networking, VOIP, CCTV/Genetec, AV systems, and ticketing; requires strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an IT field services professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Windows administration, AD, and network basics, capable of supporting on-site hardware, software, and AV/communication systems at the Corpus Christi LNG terminal.

Must-Have Skills

Minimum three (3) years of applicable IT experienceExperience with structured cabling conceptsServer hardware installation and maintenanceAssociate's or bachelor's degree preferredMust maintain a TWIC card in good standing status
