Supervise day-to-day Fleet Services maintenance across multiple repair facilities to maintain vehicle availability, safety, and appearance in a cost-effective manner.

- Direct and supervise day-to-day Fleet Services maintenance operations
- Implement and manage safety and preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure inventory levels and budget adherence
- Coordinate cross-location fleet activities
- Oversee fleet assets and replacement planning
Technical Overview
Oversee preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, inventory and budget management; coordinate across shifts and locations; ensure fleet assets meet company standards.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a fleet maintenance supervisor with 4-7 years in utility fleet operations, strong safety and regulatory compliance, ASE Master certification, and CDL, capable of managing multiple facilities and budgets.
