About this role
Lead and supervise the design and delivery of electric service for new customers, overseeing overhead and underground service design for single and three-phase services across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Coordinate with multiple internal groups, manage budgets and CIAC collection, and ensure safety and compliance.

Technical Overview
Engineering-focused role centered on distribution design and service connections; uses CIMS, Passport, and TED; requires budgeting oversight and cross-department coordination with Field & Meter Services, Real Estate, Standards, and Distribution Pricing.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level New Business Supervisor with 4-7 years of internal utility experience and 2-3 years of supervisory leadership, strong budgeting and safety credentials, and experience coordinating across internal groups on overhead/underground service design.
