About this role
Systems Engineer/OT Analyst needed on-site in Dayton, OH to support OT infrastructure, datacenter operations, and regulatory compliance (NERC CIP) with independent work and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support OT infrastructure and datacenter operations on-site
- Patch and vulnerability management in regulated environments
- Manage Windows Server/Desktop OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Maintain CIP compliance documentation and inventories
- Collaborate across IT, OT, Cybersecurity, and Operations teams
Technical Overview
Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux servers, AD, DNS/DHCP, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), RDS, and Horizon; regulated IT/OT environments; CIP compliance and documentation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an IT infrastructure professional with 5-10 years of experience, strong NERC CIP compliance background, and on-site Dayton availability, capable of maintaining CIP compliance documentation and inventories in regulated environments.
