About this role
Bloomerang is hiring a Systems Administrator to administer core technology apps and make architectural decisions within the Information Technology team. You will perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshoot issues, improve ticket quality, and help applications communicate via APIs and workflow tools, while integrating AI tools to streamline work.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems
- Conduct ticket quality control checks to reduce errors
- Act as escalation point for Desktop Support Engineers
- Ensure applications communicate via APIs and Workflow tools
- Maintain accurate documentation for systems and change management
Technical Overview
This role centers on IT systems administration: installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, documentation, and change management. It also requires integrating systems through APIs and workflow tools and using generative and agentic AI / AI-powered applications to automate and improve operational processes.

The ideal candidate is a Systems Administrator who can administer and enhance information technology and information systems, including configuration management and change management. They communicate clearly, maintain accurate documentation, act as an escalation point for Desktop Support Engineers, and have hands-on experience integrating AI tools (generative and agentic AI, AI-powered applications) to streamline and automate routine tasks.
