Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, applications, and hardware, Monitor system performance and availability and perform routine system checks, Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported technical problems efficiently, Apply software and hardware updates, patches, and fixes for security and optimal operation, Implement security protocols and manage backup procedures and disaster recovery plans
Technical Overview
You will install and configure servers, applications, and hardware; monitor performance and availability; apply updates and patches; and implement security protocols aligned to cybersecurity standards. The environment includes networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and optional familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented Systems Administrator with proven experience installing, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems and networks. They are strong at troubleshooting, performance monitoring, patching, and enforcing security protocols while managing backup and disaster recovery. They can provide Tier 2 support to end users and understand core networking protocols like DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP, with virtualization experience (VMware and Hyper-V) and cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) as a plus.
