About this role
System Administrator (Level 2/3) for the DARC program on an enterprise classified network; focuses on provisioning, integrating and maintaining Linux-based systems and HPC clusters, with DoD security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform as a Linux System Administrator for an enterprise classified network
- Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software
- Implement and manage HPE HPC clusters
- Respond to queries, run diagnostics and implement corrective actions
- Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve performance and reliability
Technical Overview
Red Hat Linux-based environment using Ansible for configuration, IDM for identity management, Satellite Server for management; DoD clearance required; travel up to 25%.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level system administrator with DoD secret clearance, proficient with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8/9, Ansible, IDM, Satellite Server, and HPC cluster management, able to operate on classified networks and support provisioning and patching.
