About this role

Manage and support the company’s electronic data interchange (EDI) operations, ensuring reliable transactions with trading partners and logistics systems. Own EDI mapping, translation, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support, while improving and securing EDI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage EDI operations and ensure systems function effectively
  • Manage EDI mapping, translation, and testing with trading partners, 3PLs and carriers
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain EDI transactions across ERP, WMS, TMS
  • Investigate and resolve EDI transmission errors, failed transactions, and data mismatches
  • Maintain EDI security policies and procedures and drive continuous improvements
