About this role
Build and operate distributed micro-services that power Amazon Tech Supply Chain systems. You will design end-to-end solutions, develop real-time validation and ingestion pipelines, and implement workflow automation and access control.

Technical Overview
This role focuses on scalable distributed systems and platform engineering using Amazon Web Services. Responsibilities include event-driven architecture with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, and SNS; optimizing database queries and caching; and delivering production-ready, well-tested code.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level engineer who has built production systems using distributed micro-services and event-driven architectures on Amazon Web Services. They can design end-to-end solutions (APIs, data models, and AWS service selection), implement real-time validation and data ingestion pipelines, and improve reliability through incident response and root-cause analysis.
