Systems Engineer

Suncoast Credit Union is hiring a Systems Engineer to design, implement, maintain, automate, and document enterprise infrastructure systems across hybrid environments. The role focuses heavily on Ansible automation, secure operations, and producing clear ServiceNow knowledge base documentation.

• Design/configure/integrate and maintain platforms such as Zerto, Exchange, Active Directory, InfoBlox, VMware, SAN, Rubrik, Citrix, and IBM AIX
• Lead and expand Ansible automation and maintain Ansible playbooks for provisioning/config management/patching/compliance
• Provide Level 3 incident response, escalation handling, and service restoration with after-hours On-Call support
• Execute infrastructure changes using approved MOPs and Change Control processes with validation/rollback
• Implement security hardening, maintain evidence, and publish/update ServiceNow KB articles and technical documentation

You will support infrastructure platforms including Zerto, Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and hybrid), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VMware, SAN, Rubrik, IBM AIX, and Citrix. The position requires building and maintaining Ansible playbooks for provisioning, configuration management, patching, and compliance, while executing changes through MOPs and Change Control and updating ServiceNow KB articles.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level Systems Engineer who has deep hands-on experience with at least one of Zerto, Exchange, Active Directory, or VMware and can drive Ansible automation across infrastructure operations. They are strong in Level 3 incident response, change control using MOPs, and consistently maintain security hardening and ServiceNow knowledge documentation.
