Key Responsibilities
- Support the Government Program Manager with systems engineering support
- Analyze emerging technologies and operational capability gaps
- Develop engineering planning, architecture, and technical assessments
- Produce system architecture and documentation including ICD, CDD, and CPD inputs
- Conduct Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) and deliver technical briefings, reports, and QRGs
Technical Overview
You will evaluate emerging technologies for interoperability and integration with Programs of Record (PoR), and document architectures using system descriptions, network and system diagrams, and Interface Control Document (ICD) inputs. The role also includes conducting Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), preparing engineering reports and briefings, and supporting transition of evaluated capabilities to the Tactical Integration Platform (TIP).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Systems Engineer who can support a Government Program Management office through technical analysis, engineering research, and systems integration. They are strong in interoperability evaluation, system architecture documentation (including ICD/ CDD/ CPD inputs), and they have experience running Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) and producing engineering reports and briefings.
