About this role
This role supports recruiting efforts focused on campus relationships, early-stage candidate engagement, and administrative coordination. You will manage candidate pipelines in Workday, run phone screens, coordinate career fairs, and help maintain recruiting and HR records with compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support early-stage candidate engagement and campus partnerships, Manage prospects and interns within Workday including educational data and timelines, Post approved internships to college career sites and job boards and assist with drafting postings, Provide recruiting support including candidate scheduling, testing coordination, travel arrangements and onsite support, Maintain HR records and recruiting procedures including recruiting metrics and billing support
Technical Overview
Primary system support is provided through the Workday applicant tracking system, including monitoring and updating candidate pipelines. The role also involves recruiting workflow coordination such as scheduling, testing coordination, and recordkeeping for metrics and compliance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level recruiter with 2+ years of work experience supporting early-career and campus recruiting. They have hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred), conducting candidate phone screens, coordinating career fairs, and maintaining recruiting/HR records with strict EEO and ADA compliance.
