About this role
Support full-cycle recruiting by partnering with hiring managers on intake, requisitions, job posting, candidate interviews, and selection. Manage candidate data in Workday/ATS, source passive talent, and help with employer brand, reporting, and vendor/SLAs execution.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level Talent Acquisition Specialist or early-career recruiter with a recent bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of professional experience. They can run intake calls, manage requisitions in an ATS (preferably Workday), screen candidates using behavioral based interviews, and build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. They are comfortable using MS Office Suite and support employer brand and recruiting metrics/analytics work, including passive talent sourcing and vendor/SLAs management.
