About this role
GFT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with AEC industry experience to lead end-to-end recruiting for engineering, architecture, and corporate roles. The role partners with hiring managers, sources passive talent, and delivers a strong candidate experience while maintaining iCIMS records and hiring analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers on needs, priorities, and talent strategy
- Design targeted sourcing campaigns using Boolean search and proactive outreach
- Cold-call and engage passive candidates to promote roles and culture
- Maintain thorough ATS records in iCIMS and support data-driven hiring decisions

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level recruiter with 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and at least 4 years hiring in the AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) industry. They are skilled in Boolean search, cold-calling passive candidates, and running targeted sourcing campaigns, with hands-on ATS experience using iCIMS or Workday and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
