About this role
Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports all aspects of talent management, ensures timely communication with candidates and hiring managers, processes ATS transactions, and assists with onboarding and HRIS data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for all aspects of talent management
- Process recruitment transactions in the ATS
- Initiate background checks and coordinate drug screenings
- Support job fairs and community outreach
- Maintain HRIS data and HR records

Role involves HRIS data entry, ATS management (SuccessFactors), background checks, onboarding, and HR analytics, with strong MS Office proficiency.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an organized HR coordinator with 2+ years' HR experience, HRIS/SuccessFactors familiarity, and strong coordination skills across multiple locations. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
