About this role

Aiola CPA seeks a Tax Advisory Associate to execute virtual client meetings, prepare tax plans and projections, and communicate with clients for real estate investment clients. Senior advisors set strategy; you own deliverables and client responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual client meetings – Lead Zoom calls and Loom walkthroughs
Deliver tax plans and projection analyses
Maintain client responsiveness
Produce deliverables with minimal revisions
Contribute to internal knowledge base

Technical Overview

Advisory tax practice with emphasis on real estate taxation, planning strategies, and virtual client delivery; Planner CS for projections.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced tax advisor with 8+ years in real estate tax and tax planning, able to deliver proactively for a remote client base and manage multiple engagements with precision.

Must-Have Skills

2+ years of real estate or small business tax experienceExperience preparing tax plans and working directly with clientsComfortable conducting virtual client meetings via Zoom or similar

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with tax projection software (Planner CS preferred)Experience with research memo or knowledge base contributionsCPA certification or actively eligible to sit for the exam
