About this role
Hershey seeks a Tax Analyst to support U.S. federal and state tax compliance and accounting, including federal returns, state filings, and tax provision work in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly estimated tax payments and annual extensions
- Prepare federal tax return for U.S. entities
- Prepare state income tax returns (~100)
- Prepare provision to return true-up workpapers
- Assist with IRS audit documentation and external advisors
Technical Overview
Involves tax software (OneSource), ERP integration, and data analytics tools (Alteryx, Power BI) to support provision and compliance activities; CPA considered, with 1-2 years of experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a tax analyst with 1-2 years of corporate tax experience, CPA or in process, strong Excel and data analytics skills, and familiarity with OneSource and SAP in a hybrid Hershey Tax setting.
