Asset manager supporting tax credit equity investments including LIHTC, NMTC, HTC, and RETCs. Partners with Relationship Manager to underwrite and prepare investment memos, ensures regulatory approvals, and maintains portfolio quality and risk ratings.

Technical Overview
Focus on financial analysis, underwriting, due diligence, and regulatory filings for tax credit investments. Uses MRI vendor software and bank processes; coordinates with Credit Administration.

The ideal candidate is a senior finance professional with 5+ years of experience in tax credit equity investments (LIHTC, NMTC, HTC). They should be proficient in underwriting, investment memos, portfolio maintenance, and regulatory approvals, with strong relationship management and communication skills.
