About this role

Lead the delivery of Business Intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision making across Lifecycle Services. Ensure BI outputs follow data governance and standards, improve data quality, and increase adoption of dashboards and analytics while mentoring a team of BI analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics that support LCS objectives
  • Translate requirements into analytical solutions
  • Ensure BI deliverables are accurate, consistent, and aligned with data definitions and standards
  • Operate in alignment with data governance frameworks and resolve data quality issues
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of BI analysts

Technical Overview

Own BI delivery for operational, financial, quality, and performance reporting, translating stakeholder requirements into analytical solutions. Align BI assets to governed data sources with documentation and traceability, while enabling users through self-service BI and preparing analytics for AI-enabled capabilities.
