About this role
The Team Leader IT Security - Operations provides leadership for the IT Cybersecurity Operations team, overseeing day-to-day support of security technologies and processes. The role drives cybersecurity initiatives, mitigates cybersecurity risks, ensures compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and NERC CIP requirements, and supports incident investigation, containment, and remediation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a technically strong team of Information Technology (IT) security professionals
- Develop and oversee the implementation of cybersecurity best practices
- Inform leadership about the company's five year cybersecurity strategy and manage annual budget
- Ensure procedures and processes to capture evidence for Sarbanes Oxley and NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP)
- Support investigation, containment and remediation of cybersecurity events and incidents
