Tech and Life Sciences Treasury Management Officer II

This role supports a specialized treasury team serving the Technology, Life Sciences, and Equity Fund Services verticals. You will originate and advise on treasury solutions, capturing revenue during key funding and liquidity events while partnering across the bank to win and scale complex client relationships.

• Originate new business through venture capital, private equity, and founder networks
• Capture event-based treasury revenue during capital raises, liquidity events, fund launches, and M&A
• Advise clients on runway management and liquidity optimization
• Partner across the bank to win, scale, and retain complex client relationships
• Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks of all types

The technical scope centers on treasury advisory: liquidity management, liquidity optimization, runway management, and translating financial inflection events (capital raises, liquidity events, fund launches, M&A) into treasury opportunities such as payments and card solutions. The role also requires rigorous risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting within the bank’s risk appetite.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level treasury professional with experience advising venture capital, private equity, and founder/sponsor networks on liquidity management and scalable treasury solutions. They can translate capital raises, liquidity events, fund launches, and M&A into actionable treasury opportunities while maintaining strong risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting practices.
