About this role
Technical service representative role focusing on dealer and end-user product inquiries and troubleshooting for Holley products. Works onsite in Sanford with emphasis on automotive technology knowledge and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to end-user, dealer, and distributor inquiries regarding products
- Provide support in troubleshooting and determining source of customer problems
- Interface with engineering to determine long-term solutions to frequent technical problems
- Maintain thorough understanding of all products and automotive technology
- Complete call logs, RMAs, and reports using Apex
Technical Overview
Provides troubleshooting using internal tools (Apex, bug tracker) and manuals; maintains documentation of issues and RMAs; interfaces with engineering for long-term solutions.
