About this role
Acceldata is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own long-term customer technical success and value realization for strategic enterprise accounts. You will translate customer priorities into multi-quarter technical success plans, align product capabilities to customer needs, and enable predictable account expansion.

Technical Overview
You will lead end-to-end architectures across Kubernetes, cloud environments, and data platforms, focusing on data pipelines, metadata management, observability, lineage, and governance; travel to customer sites as needed.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior Technical Account Manager with 12+ years in enterprise data platforms, strong data observability and governance experience, and a track record of guiding strategic customer engagements across cloud environments.
