Technical Account Manager serves as a liaison between Availity’s technical teams and strategic payer partners, ensuring product alignment with customer needs, coordinating timelines, and delivering customer success through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Supporting relationships with accounts and acting as a point of contact for accountability and escalation
  • Coordinating re-contracting, pricing, and proposals
  • Gathering competitive data to drive account growth
  • Coordinating cross-functional resources for new functionality
  • Regularly reporting progress and outcomes

Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Gainsight, Confluence; HIPAA knowledge; healthcare payer processing; contract and pricing coordination; cross-functional project management.

The ideal candidate is an account manager with 3+ years in healthcare payer or provider relations, strong sales/solution selling experience, excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and HIPAA knowledge. They should excel at cross-functional collaboration and remote relationship building.
