Technical Account Manager bridging clients and our security solutions; manage key accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and translate client needs into security system deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships
- Generate new business opportunities by expanding within existing accounts
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and align solutions across physical security and managed services
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the security and IT service portfolio
- Partner with technical teams to ensure client needs are translated into deliverables
Technical Overview
Leverage knowledge of CCTV, intrusion detection, and access control to design tailored security solutions; collaborate with technical teams; support within security portfolio and managed services.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Technical Account Manager with 2-4 years in security or related industries, strong CCTV/access control knowledge, and proven ability to manage accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
