About this role
The Technical Analyst I provides desktop support and incident resolution for hospital facilities, acting as the primary on-site IT resource for end-user devices and service desk requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve inquiries for division or facility computer systems
- Log and track problems; review problem tracking databases
- Perform facility-based MACs (moves, adds, changes)
- Maintain documentation for each incident or request; escalate complex problems
- Aid and train users on division and facility technology
Technical Overview
Responsibilities include responding to end-user inquiries, hands-on support for simple to moderate issues, logging and tracking incidents, performing MACs, and documenting/resolving requests with escalation as needed; on-call rotation may be required.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level IT support professional with 1 year of IT experience, capable of desktop support for end users in a healthcare environment, comfortable with MACs and on-call on a rotating schedule.
