Technical Analyst II provides end-user computing and primary network support for county operations, including endpoint management, Cisco networking, VPNs, and secure communications in a remote-capable environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hardware and software support for PCs and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot across endpoint, network, server, and security layers
  • Support and maintain enterprise network environments including switching, VLANs, routing, and remote connectivity
  • Lead or co-lead upgrade and migration projects
  • Escalation point for complex issues and vendor coordination
