About this role
Technical Analyst II provides end-user computing and primary network support for county operations, including endpoint management, Cisco networking, VPNs, and secure communications in a remote-capable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hardware and software support for PCs and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot across endpoint, network, server, and security layers
- Support and maintain enterprise network environments including switching, VLANs, routing, and remote connectivity
- Lead or co-lead upgrade and migration projects
- Escalation point for complex issues and vendor coordination
Technical Overview
Supports Windows 11 endpoints, AD, SCCM, VPNs, VOIP, Android/iOS devices, and Cisco networking infrastructure with emphasis on security and remote connectivity.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level technical analyst II with strong end-user computing and network infrastructure skills in a government/public sector setting, capable of supporting Windows, AD/SCCM, VPNs, VOIP, and Cisco networking across multi-site operations.
