About this role
On-site Technical Analyst II responsible for end-user computing and central network support within a county environment, with emphasis on Windows, AD, SCCM, VPN, and Cisco networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware/software support for PCs and cellular, enterprise network support, vendor coordination and documentation, escalation point for complex issues, remote connectivity troubleshooting
Technical Overview
Supports Windows 11/AD/GPO/SCCM, VPN and remote access, Cisco networking (VLAN/routing/wireless), firewall and security, and PowerShell scripting in an enterprise/networked setting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT professional with 3+ years of network/desktop support experience, strong Windows 11 and Cisco networking skills, and proven ability to manage AD, GPO, SCCM, and VPN in an on-site government environment.
