Technical Analyst II role providing end-user computing and primary network support for Pasco County IT; manages workstation and Cisco network infrastructure with VPN connectivity, server operations, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hardware and software support for PCs, cellular devices, and Cisco infrastructure
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting across endpoint, network, server, and security layers
  • Maintain and monitor enterprise network environments including switching, wireless, VLAN, routing, and remote connectivity
  • Lead hardware refresh and infrastructure migration projects
  • Update documentation and coordinate preventative maintenance with vendors

Technical Overview

Supports Windows endpoints, VPN, Cisco switching/routing, VLANs, wireless networks, AD and SCCM, IP subnets with VPN tunneling, and firewall/security controls; performs root-cause analysis and assists in network optimization.
