Technical Control Engineer ensuring smooth operation and reliability of Symbotic’s automated systems at client sites; supports engineering, R&D and operations in a high-velocity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex technical support requests
- Provide advanced remote support for electro-mechanical, software, networking, and controls issues
- Troubleshoot automation and robotic systems
- Serve as escalation point during major incidents
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to restore service
Technical Overview
Focus on industrial automation and controls with PLCs, motion control, Linux/Windows environments, remote support, network troubleshooting, and server infrastructure management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level controls/automation engineer with 2+ years in industrial automation or warehouse environments, strong TCP/IP networking, and hands-on experience with PLCs, motion control, and Allen Bradley hardware. They should be capable of remote support and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain reliable Symbotic systems.
Must-Have Skills
