Technical Data Analyst supporting the Arkalytics BI platform, designing and delivering scalable analytics, troubleshooting incidents, gathering requirements, and working with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end accountability for tickets, ensuring sprint goals
Develop, review, test, and maintain analytics using SQL, Python, and BI tools
Troubleshoot incidents and root causes
Gather and document business requirements
Participate in Agile ceremonies and client interactions

Technical Overview

Stack includes SQL, Python, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, Oracle; visualization with Tableau/Power BI; cloud with AWS; data warehousing and BI projects; Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket; Agile/Scrum.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level data analyst with 5+ years’ experience, expert in SQL and Python, strong data warehousing and BI tooling (Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau/Power BI), and experience collaborating with product teams in an Agile environment.
