About this role
Own the technical documentation that drives safety and reliability of Southwest’s fleet. Manage aircraft maintenance documentation, perform continuous improvement, and lead change control with OEM, engineering, and regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead aircraft maintenance documentation development, maintenance, and continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with OEM guidance, engineering direction, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee change control and manage document change requests
- Maintain maintenance-related technical documentation (Pubs) and keep manuals/repositories updated
- Interpret regulatory directives and implement OEM data updates
