You will onboard clients and configure monitoring environments for websites, servers, APIs, and network devices. The role focuses on deploying WebSitePulse monitoring, integrating alerting and dashboards, and troubleshooting issues to ensure reliable service deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and deploy monitoring solutions for websites, servers, APIs, and network devices
Implement uptime, transaction, and performance monitoring
Integrate monitoring tools with client systems (APIs, alerts, dashboards)
Customize alerting and escalation workflows (email, SMS, voice)
Troubleshoot implementation issues and optimize monitoring performance

Technical Overview

The technical scope includes implementing uptime, transaction, and performance monitoring using SaaS-based monitoring tools. You will integrate monitoring with client systems via APIs and customize alerting escalation workflows, with exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and optional scripting in Python or Bash.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level technical implementation professional with 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, DevOps, or system administration. They are strong in web and network fundamentals (HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, APIs) and can configure uptime, transaction, and performance monitoring while integrating alerting and analytics for clients. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and scripting (Python or Bash) is a plus.
