About this role

Technical Lead / Integrations Developer for a 1-year contract with a higher-education client. Leads the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and data extracts across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM Extracts
  • Build and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems
  • Develop reporting templates (BI Publisher, OBIEE)
  • Perform bulk data mapping and data loads using HDL and related tools
  • Configure Oracle HCM workflows and security

Technical Overview

Hands-on integration development across Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems (PeopleSoft, EBS, ADP, Kronos) using HDL extracts, BI Publisher, OBIEE, and EDI/EFT files; includes data conversion, security and workflow considerations, and SDLC/UAT support.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior technical lead with deep Oracle HCM experience and hands-on expertise in HDL, HCM Extracts, OBIEE, and BI Publisher. Must lead integrations across Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems (PeopleSoft, EBS, ADP, Kronos) with strong data mapping and process improvements.
