Technical Leader responsible for delivering Platform Automation and developer experience improvements across Rockwell’s development environments, with a focus on CI/CD, security integration, and reusable platform components.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead / Build a team focused on developer experience through automation of platform components
- Develop strategy to enhance developer experience across the organization
- Ensure autonomy for stream/product aligned teams
- Lead creation and adoption of a shared CI/CD platform component library
- Collaborate with Development, Security, and Infrastructure teams for lower environments and production support
Technical Overview
Hands-on leadership in platform automation, DevSecOps, and CI/CD; emphasis on reducing time-to-ship by automating lower environments, building observability, and standardizing pipeline templates.
Ideal Candidate
Senior technical leader with 8+ years directing platform development teams, strong DevSecOps and CI/CD expertise, and a proven track record of platform automation across SDLC in large organizations.
