About this role
The Systems Analyst supports retailers and partners to integrate Inmar technology solutions with their infrastructure, providing onboarding and post-launch support and API guidance to ensure successful deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop domain knowledge of DPN and ICE API calls needed to implement a Client
- Pre-Launch Support: Onboarding tasks for new retailer/partner implementations
- Post-Launch Support: Manage first-level support and identify recurring issues
- Participate in Customer Success review meetings
- Provide technical guidance to retailers & partners
Technical Overview
Technical focus on API usage with Digital Promotions Network (DPN) and Inmar Consumer Extension (ICE) APIs; Onboarding and post-launch support; API troubleshooting and customer-facing technical guidance; Google Suite and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a technically capable customer success professional with 1-3 years in systems development or support, strong API experience, and familiarity with grocery retail; able to guide retailers through onboarding and post-launch support remotely.
