About this role
This role owns and manages day-to-day technology operations to ensure systems run reliably and issues are resolved quickly. You will bridge business and engineering by aligning platforms, tools, and integrations for scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day technology operations and systems including Google Workspace and integrations
- Establish and manage incident response processes and troubleshoot/resolution
- Maintain oversight of cybersecurity, data access, and system controls
- Coordinate deployments, integrations, and issue resolution with internal and vendor teams
- Support system improvements, platform upgrades, and automation/AI-driven process improvements
