Enterprise ITAM governance leadership role focused on delivering a scalable governance framework within ServiceNow (ITAM/ITSM/ITOM) to meet COBIT and FFIEC requirements, drive ROI, and embed automated controls and evidence into workflows.

- Implement end-to-end ITAM workflows in ServiceNow
- Own governance delivery portfolio and roadmaps

Technical Overview
Leads a governance portfolio across ITAM/ITSM/ITOM in ServiceNow, with ROI analysis, KPI/KRI monitoring, and risk-based prioritization; requires cross-functional leadership and a strong background in Agile/DevOps practices.

The ideal candidate is a senior IT project/program manager with 10+ years of experience in regulated industries, deep ServiceNow knowledge (ITAM/ITSM/ITOM) and a proven track record delivering ROI-focused governance programs. They excel at cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and communicating complex risk and control concepts to executives.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's degreeor equivalent work experience10+ years of relevant experience10+ years leading strategic initiatives within highly regulated environments (e.g.financial serviceshealthcareor similar).3+ years of hands-on experience designing or operating end-to-end workflows on the ServiceNow platform (ITAMITSMITOMand/or related capabilities).3+ years' experience in the IT Asset Management domain.Proven end-to-end program or portfolio leadership delivering measurable operationalfinancialand/or risk-reduction outcomes.Experience translating policy and standards into executable processes and embedded controls.Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and adoptionincluding challenging the status quo when required.Experienced people leader with a track record of developing talent and scaling execution through teams and operating rhythms.Strong cross-functional partnership skillswith the ability to influence without direct authority across ITriskauditsecurityand business teams.Executive-level communication skillswith the ability to clearly articulate visionprogressand value.Ability to apply data and/or AI-enabled analysis to improve insightworkflow efficiencyand control effectiveness.Familiarity with ServiceNow CSDMCMDB service/asset relationshipsand/or Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
