The Technical Product Manager for AI will shape the vision and drive the roadmap and delivery for the AIDA platform. This role coordinates across sales, engineering, compliance, operations, QA, and customer support to launch AI-powered capabilities and measure outcomes.

Technical Overview

You will lead product strategy and execution for AI-powered features, convert customer needs into user stories and acceptance criteria within an agile framework, and partner with engineering to design, develop, launch, and maintain AI enhancements. The role also monitors AI industry trends and performs competitive and third-party tool evaluations for build-versus-buy decisions.
