Technical Product Specialist responsible for acting as first point of contact for handlers and OEMs for installation questions and field deployments; handle technical inquiries, manage ticketing, and deliver training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first contact for handlers and OEMs for installation questions and field deployments
  • Handle technical inquiries and recalls via online ticketing system
  • Conduct on-site customer support and training
  • Provide feedback to R&D on technical issues and product requirements
  • Plan and conduct trainings for handlers and OEMs and support trade shows and publications for PTx product line

Focus on hardware/software platforms for precision agriculture; responsibilities include feedback to R&D; plan and run trainings; support at trade shows and product line publications; English communication essential.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level Technical Product Specialist with experience in precision agriculture and field support, able to handle installation questions, field deployments, and training. Must be able to create technical content and communicate effectively in English; comfortable traveling to events.

Must-Have Skills

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Agrar/Technikbereich oder entsprechende technische bzw. agrarwirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung (3 Jahre im Support fur Prazisionslandwirtschaft oder 5 Jahre im ProduktSupport einer verwandten Branche)Erfahrung im Erstellen und Redigieren technischer Inhalte.Strukturierteorganisierte Arbeitsweise und ausgepragte Problemlosungskompetenz.Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.KommunikationsstarkeTeamfahigkeit und ein gutes Verstandnis fur landwirtschaftliche Praxis.
