Key Responsibilities

Technical Overview

Technical scope includes SAFe/PI Planning, enterprise-scale program management, G-Suite and Smartsheets usage, and governance of cross-functional delivery. Utilizes GUS for work breakdown structures and collaborates with Engineering and Product teams.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level technical program manager with 3+ years of PM experience (6+ for senior Lead), strong SAFe/PI Planning experience, and ability to align cross-functional teams across multiple locations; adept at managing budgets and driving program governance within a Salesforce-centric environment.

Must-Have Skills
