About this role

Technical Program Manager, AI Performance owns platform-wide performance programs spanning flagship products and next-gen AI features. You will drive diagnostics, prevention, and safe rollout across desktop, web, and mobile, partnering with Product, Platform, and Product Support to keep Figma snappy.

Key Responsibilities

Own horizontal, high-visibility performance programs
Oversee performance prevention, diagnostics, and safe rollout
Partner across Product, Platform, Performance Program and Product Support
Span desktop, browser, and mobile contexts (WASM/WebAssembly)
CI/CD integration and observability/telemetry efforts

Technical Overview

Platform TPM with hands-on performance engineering experience for SaaS. Deep web performance knowledge (FCP/LCP, FPS), WASM memory management, mobile profiling, CI/CD integration, and cloud infra (AWS). Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent platforms is a strong plus.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior platform TPM with a strong background in performance engineering for SaaS, hands-on experience with AI/LLMs, and a proven ability to ship performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile contexts.
