About this role
This role is for a Technical Program Manager supporting projects for the US Space Force. You will lead program execution, own critical program planning artifacts like IMS and WBS, and coordinate delivery across agile teams and technical domains while serving as the primary government contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for the Government customer
- Own and control Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Manage end-to-end program execution from PWS baseline through task order delivery
- Lead Agile planning including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and increment planning
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements including cybersecurity (e.g., RMF) and configuration/change management
Technical Overview
The technical scope spans satellite ground system software/architecture, Agile development lifecycle planning, and mission planning/integration & test support. The program also requires program controls, earned value as applicable, and cybersecurity compliance with RMF and configuration/change management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior technical program manager who can lead US Space Force programs as the primary government point of contact. They have hands-on program controls experience (IMS, WBS, cost/schedule tracking, earned value as applicable) and strong Agile delivery leadership, with demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity compliance such as RMF.
