Senior Technical Program Manager to lead DoD space-related programs, owning IMS/WBS, scheduling, risk and cost management, and coordinating across multiple technical domains and subcontractors to deliver mission-critical satellite ground system software and architecture.

Technical Overview
Scope includes foundation cloud infrastructure, mission-specific software, Agile workflows, and cybersecurity (RMF). Key artifacts include IMS, WBS, PWS baselines, and risk/change/configuration management across PWS-to-task-order delivery.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior technical program manager with a decade of DoD/federal program leadership, strong experience in space/satellite ground systems, and a proven track record delivering complex programs on schedule and within cost using IMS/WBS and agile methods.
