Technical Overview
You will build operational systems for teleoperation workflows, collect task-specific datasets for model development, and develop evaluation systems that convert teleoperation runs into actionable feedback on policy performance and failure modes. You will also create internal tools, dashboards, and operator interfaces to improve data operations, quality, and iteration speed.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level Technical Program Manager who has led teleoperation programs for robotics or autonomy, translating operator runs into datasets and actionable evaluation insights. They are comfortable building and scaling operational workflows from scratch in ambiguous, fast-paced, research-driven environments while partnering closely with robotics, AI, and operations teams.
