About this role
Own delivery of multiple technical programs using Agile, translating requirements with stakeholders and product managers into execution plans. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks through launch and retrospectives while continuously improving performance using objective metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to translate requirements into technology specifications and drive execution of software development from design to deployment
- Manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams using an Agile development framework from concept to launch
- Communicate project risks, progress, launches, and retrospectives transparently to all stakeholders and teams
- Continuously strive for performance improvement and set higher standards in project execution using objective metrics
- Manage processes and coordinate release schedules across teams
