About this role

The Technical Program Manager (IT) partners with leadership to manage the Data & AI portfolio across multiple lanes, driving strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams and advocating for budget and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

Develops and maintains Data & AI strategic roadmaps and supporting workplans
Develops cross-team Data roadmap with dependencies
Prepares executive-level presentations and communications
Manages portfolio health, investment, and value metrics
Drives high-priority initiatives with Product and IT delivery partners

Technical Overview

Strong focus on portfolio governance, financial planning, and program execution; familiarity with Apptio and Target Process as systems of record; healthcare domain experience preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior program manager with 5+ years of experience managing complex portfolios in healthcare, familiar with Apptio and Target Process, and skilled at communicating with executives and leading cross-functional teams.
