About this role
This role manages large, complex technical programs and ensures timely, quality completion aligned to organizational goals. The Technical Program Manager IV collaborates with engineering, product, UX, and leadership to conduct program reviews, mitigate risks, define roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes.

- Manage the program plan for timely, quality delivery
- Monitor and mitigate program risks
- Run program reviews with Engineering, Product, UX, and Science leadership
- Define and drive engineering-excellence programs and roadmaps
- Lead teams through delivery, mentoring other program/project managers as needed
Technical Overview
You will run multi-year technical programs supporting engineering/product delivery, including infrastructure migration, platform programs, and re-architecture. The role requires expertise in Scrum and Kanban and strong metrics orientation across the software lifecycle, while communicating technical topics to business partners.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level technical program manager with 5+ years of program delivery experience, proven influence with senior leadership, and expertise running large, complex, multi-year technical programs. They are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and have hands-on methodology experience across Scrum and Kanban, partnering closely with engineering, product, and UX to drive execution and mitigate program risk.
Must-Have Skills
