Scale AI seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of agentic workflows for a national security government customer. You will develop a program-level technical roadmap, partner with engineering leads, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver prototypes for operational use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be onsite with the customer in Colorado Springs 4 days per week and travel at least 25% of the time

They bring a technical background (CS/engineering), strong ML operations understanding, and a proven ability to translate undefined requirements into a structured roadmap and prototypes while coordinating onsite with a Colorado Springs customer.
