About this role

Sealaska Corporation is hiring a Technical Project Manager III to lead technical projects/programs day-to-day. The role includes building project plans and business cases, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, managing risks and change, and reporting to executives, with responsibility spanning the full technical solution lifecycle from requirements through operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor project progress using work plan and project plan tools
Prepare documentation and lead client steering committee meetings
Apply risk mitigation and change management to protect timelines
Manage requirements through verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and maintenance
Establish issue tracking and communicate status/issues to executives

Technical Overview

The technical scope is end-to-end delivery ownership across requirements management, design, implementation, verification, testing, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and maintenance. The role manages lifecycle decision gates and deliverable reviews, supported by issue tracking structures and project boards.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior Technical Project Manager with strong experience leading end-to-end technical projects, including requirements management through verification, testing, quality assurance, delivery, and operations. They can build and manage project plans and business cases, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, run steering committee meetings, and communicate risks, issues, and status to executives in a hybrid/remote setting.
