Key Responsibilities
- Hunt and grow target market accounts by promoting high performance adhesives and dispensing equipment
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
- Develop and execute an annual pipeline plan aligning with revenue, margin, and volume goals
- Utilize Salesforce.com CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and logging activity tracking
- Lead customer technical trials and diagnose/resolve application issues
